Shipping costs

National shipping is calculated by weight of the order:

– up to 5kg: ± €6,00;

– up to 10kg: ± €7,00;

– up to 30kg: ± €11,00.

National and international shipping is calculated depending on the weight, distance from original location (Belgium) and chosen delivery company by ‘Myparcel’; Bpost, DPD or PostNL.

Extra shipping costs such as custom fees, international taxes, etc. are not included in the price and is on the responsibility and on the costs of the Customer.

The calculation of these costs depends on the preferred and chosen delivery company, which is agreed between the business owner of ‘Evelyn Storms Exclusive’ and the delivery company ‘My Parcel’.

The specified price refers solely to the articles as set out in writing. The accompanying photos are intended as decorative and may contain elements that are not included in the price.

 

Delivery

Once you place and fully payed your order, your selected piece will be handcrafted and send to you within 2-3 workweeks. Depending on additional personal adjustments or high demand this may take longer and will be communicated if so.

The production of your garment will only start AFTER the entire funds have cleared on our account (this includes extra costs for additional personal adjustments for your garment; personalised fabric, buttons, changes in the pattern…).

 

To secure the delivery of your garment you will receive a track-and-trace code in your mailbox when your item is shipped. If requested, an additional assurance can be added to your shipping. Please contact us after your purchase to add the assurance in your delivery.

 

Refund, return or exchange

Every item sold on our website is personalised for every customer. Therefor if you purchase an item from ‘Evelyn Storms’, we can’t offer you a return, full refund nor exchange.

If additionial changes are requested after the garment is received, and if the changes are possible for the handmade garment (discussed and agreed with our company), the garment can be returned to our atelier and be adjusted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and additional costs to adjust your garment.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
