Time to awaken your inner foodie with easy and delicious recipes!
I made these for my birthday in september and my guests loved it! It is so easy with only a few ingredients. You have to invest a little more time in the puff pastry, but we all have more time to do that because of lockdown.
So go for it!
PS: You can switch up the filling with … Whatever you like! 😋

6. Add the ham and goat cheese to the onion mix.Â
Add 1 tbsp of paprika powder, spice up with salt and pepper and mix everything.
Â
7. Fill the half of every puff pastry circle with 1 tbsp of the mix.
8. Make the edge of the circles wet (only 1/2 of the circle) with water
  and close the circlesÂ
9. Press the edges with your fingers
After that press the edges with a vork
Â
10. Beat the egg and brush the empanadillas with it
