How to: make healthy brownies with dates and chickpeas

Finally the recipe is on my blog after several requests.

For those of you who don’t know this yet, I love food! Especially chocolate is my favourite. But a lot of the better food (in my opinion) is made with gluten (which I am intolerant too) so I have to find alternatives. 

This brownie version is my go-to because it is very healthy and easy to make.

    – 100gr walnuts

   

    – 9 tblsp raw cacao powder

    – 60ml coconut oil

    – 125ml agave syrup

    – 320gr leaked chickpeas

    – 4 eggs

    – 1/2 tblsp baking powder

    – 1 tblsp cinnamon

  

    – Blender

    – Hand blender

    – Bowl

    – Cake baking pan

    – Baking paper

How to make it:

1. Soak the dates without pit in warm water for 1 hour

2. Pre-heat the oven on 180ÂșC.

Remove the dates from the water. Crush them in a blender with 60ml of the soaked water.
