Easiest dessert ever

This is probably the easiest dessert ever, that even the worst cook can make!

It’s not only very easy, it tastes like vanilla pudding AND the dessert is healthy.

What more can you ask for?

For everyone wondering, I got the recipe from Pascale Naessens her book ‘Nog eenvoudiger’. 

Her books made me help lose weight (-10kg) around 4 years ago. 

Let’s start!

Healthy vanilla pudding recipe

Ingredients:

 – 250gr mascarpone

– 150gr blueberries

– 2 egg yolk 

– 30gr sugar

How to make it:

Pre-heat the oven on 180°C

1. Put the mascarpone and egg yolk in a bowl and mix

2. Add the sugar

3. Add the blue berries

4. Scoop the mix in little ceramic baking dishes

5. Put the baking dishes in the oven for 12-15min.
